Calistoga Press was born when the Strombom family purchased their small vineyard, encircled by olive trees, at the north end of the Napa Valley.  Since then, they have delighted in producing wonderfully robust, certified extra virgin olive oil and premium Cabernet Sauvignon.  You are invited to try and enjoy both.

Grown in the heart of the Napa Valley, this small-batch extra virgin olive oil is an elegant addition to any meal.

Calistoga Press is home to a small grove of hand-tended olive trees. From this sun drenched grove comes a rare find in the Napa Valley: a certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil made from Manzanillo olives.

Harvested when many olives are still green, this beautifully fragrant oil is rich in polyphenols with an elegant fruit forward style and a robust, peppery finish. Perfect for use on bread, salads, steamed vegetables or any time when only a premium olive oil will do.

One hundred and twenty five beautiful olive trees encircle our family owned vineyard. Hand-tended and harvested at their peak, they produce just a bit under 100 gallons of golden, delicious extra virgin oil each year.

Since founding Calistoga Press, we have focused on delivering complex, full bodied, well balanced wines.  With ample tannins and a lush palate, our Cabernet Sauvignon embodies all of those characteristics.  It can be enjoyed now in its youth or it can be aged well over the next decade.

Our two acre vineyard is located just off the Silverado Trail a few miles south of the charming town of Calistoga. Planted entirely to Cabernet Sauvignon, our small boutique vineyard continues to produce premium fruit year after year.
