Calistoga Press crafts a single Cabernet Sauvignon in limited quantities. Rooted in the heart of the Calistoga AVA, our wine reflects the depth, structure, and elegance this renowned growing region is known for — a thoughtful expression of place and season, vintage after vintage.

2023 Cabernet Sauvignon

Aged for 19 months in French oak, this graceful wine offers a lush, layered profile with seamlessly integrated tannins, floral aromatics and dark fruit flavors that linger on the palate. A velvety texture carries through to a long, expressive finish. A classic expression of our vineyard and the vintage, it is crafted for enjoyment now yet it will continue to evolve gracefully in the cellar for many years.

Aged for 22 months in French oak, this single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon reflects the characteristics of the region with elegance and balance. Layers of dark fruit are framed by refined tannins and a supple texture, leading to a long, balanced finish. Beautifully structured and age-worthy, enjoy it now or in the years to come.

Tiny Vineyard, Remarkable Fruit

Our two-acre Trailview Vineyard sits on the Valley floor along the Silverado Trail, just south of the charming town of Calistoga. Planted exclusively to Cabernet Sauvignon, this small, low-yielding site is shaped by well-drained volcanic soils, abundant sunshine, and Calistoga's warm growing season — ideal conditions for cultivating fruit of remarkable depth and concentration.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Grown in the heart of the Napa Valley, this award winning extra virgin olive oil is an elegant addition to any meal.

Calistoga Press is home to a small grove of hand-tended olive trees. From this sun drenched grove comes a rare find in the Napa Valley: a gold medal winning, certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil which showcases our Manzanillo olives.

Harvested when many olives are still green, this beautifully fragrant oil is rich in both flavor and polyphenols with a creamy, fruit forward style and a robust, peppery finish. Perfect for use on bread, salads, vegetables or in any recipe when only a premium olive oil will do.

Lovingly tended and hand-harvested

140 beautiful olive trees encircle our family owned vineyard. Hand-tended and harvested at their peak, they produce just under 100 gallons of golden, delicious extra virgin oil each year.
